个人基本情况:

尚红梅,博士,教授,硕士生导师。主要从事饲草资源开发与利用方面的研究工作。主持完成国家自然科学基金项目、中国博士后基金、吉林省科技厅重点研发项目、吉林省教育厅科学技术研究项目等课题10项;发表学术论文30余篇,其中在Industrial Crops and ProductsInternational Journal of Biological MacromoleculesAnimal Feed Science and Technology等国际期刊发表论文20余篇。

研究方向:

主要开展草资源开发与利用方面的研究工作。开展饲草加工调制研究,研究青贮饲料品质调控技术。开展饲草生物活性成分的提取分离、鉴定及其功能学研究,从饲草中提取分离纯化多糖、多酚等活性物质,研究提取物的理化性质和生物活性。并筛选部分提取物开展动物试验,研究提取物对动物生产性能、肠道健康及畜产品品质的影响。主要研究内容包括以下3个方面:(1)青贮饲料品质调控技术研究;(2)饲草天然产物提纯及活性研究;(3)饲草天然产物高值化利用研究。
